VERY IMPORTANT! After dialing Moscow or St.Petersburg access number you would be asked for a PIN number.
You have to press the STAR button ( * ) before entering your PIN.
Enter your PIN only after you have pressed STAR button ( * ) on your phone.
If you make a call to United States, you would only have to enter an area code and phone number. No country code is required.
For example: ( * ) + PIN + 1 + (718) 646-4076
Useful Calling tips:
- Two people
cannot use the same Pin at the same time.
- You must use a touch-tone phone. If you find that the touch are not working when calling from a Pay phone, it is not the fault of the Phone card - it is probably the pay phone you are calling from. Try again from another Pay phone.
- If you are calling into a voice mail system that requires the use of the star key you can disable the star key function on the Phone Card by doing the following:
Dial access number, Enter PIN, Enter #88*, then enter the number you want to call
- If you have 3-way calling or call waiting press ## to disconnect your Phone Card call before taking other call.
